Training Zone Calculators
Our training plans use a system of five training zones in order to help you customize workouts for the intensity you need to improve the fastest and safest way.
You may use these calculators to set up your personalized training zones and learn more about your fitness progression throughout your season. You have the option of setting zones by using one of several intensity measures:
- Heart Rate
- Perceived Exertion
Create a new set of training zones for each sport because each sport has different demands on your body. Even if using perceived exertion, your experience and comfort with each sport may vary. Setting zones based on power, heart rate or pace can help you calibrate your perceived exertion for each sport.
