Triathlon Swimming Bootcamp – 3 Weeks in July!

What is it? Tri Swim Bootcamp is a 6 sessions triathlon focused swim clinic utilizing the principals of total immersion swimming combined with endurance practice techniques. Sessions will combine technique and smart endurance training sets to help you create a new awareness of your stroke, identify areas of improvement and build your swim fitness without sacrificing form in the process.

Who’s it for? Ideal participants are triathletes preparing for the Pittsburgh Triathlon on July 31st for either the Sprint or Olympic distance races. But if your triathlon is later in the summer, or if you are preparing for a half iron or even iron distance swim, you’ll learn valuable technique & workout training ideas to prepare you for your race.

Dates:
Mondays & Wednesdays in July starting on the 11th
July 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th, 17th from 7pm – 8:30 pm

Sign up for the FULL SESSION for $85, or any drop in session for $15 each

Full session signup $85

Single Session Singups $15 each (select total number and dates you’ll be attending if known)
