International / Olympic Distance “F”  1500 yds

Warmup
 3 x 50  Alternate Freestyle & Breaststroke each 25. Focus on streamlining during breaststroke
 Main Set
 4 x 100  Freestyle – Long strokes, focus on relaxed head and relaxed recovery
 3 x 150  50 Free, 25 Breast, 50 Free, 25 Back  (Focus on swimming tall in all strokes)
 2 x 200   Practice Off-side breathing every 3rd length.
Cool Down
 100  Rollercoaster Freestyle – Start with higher tempo and slow tempo gradually throughout so that the final length has the lowest SPL
