4 x 100 | Freestyle – Long strokes, focus on relaxed head and relaxed recovery |
3 x 150 | 50 Free, 25 Breast, 50 Free, 25 Back (Focus on swimming tall in all strokes) |
2 x 200 | Practice Off-side breathing every 3rd length. |
Cool Down | |
100 | Rollercoaster Freestyle – Start with higher tempo and slow tempo gradually throughout so that the final length has the lowest SPL |
