8×50 | Freestyle – Evens high tempo, long strokes; Odds low tempo, long strokes |
3×200 | Balanced breathing (either alternate right side with left side breathing or breath every 3 strokes) |
1×300 | Practice Off-side breathing every 3rd length. |
Cool Down | |
4×50 | Rollercoaster Freestyle – Start with higher tempo and slow tempo gradually throughout so that the final length has the lowest SPL |
