8 x 25  Alternate Skate, 3 stroke, Skate with full Stroke Freestyle, increasing tempo with each length.
Main Set
10 x 100 Time entire set, resting 10 seconds between each repeat.  Subtract 1:30 from final time for your total 1000 yd time. Track this in your training log to measure progress.
